Products

Perdurant.co offers for sale clothing and fashion accessories printed on demand (hereinafter "the Products").

Each Product is manufactured upon receipt of an order, via the production provider Printify. The Products are not stored prior to ordering.

The photographs and descriptions of the Products presented on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur depending on the printing materials and production batches, without this constituting a defect.

If a Product is unavailable after order confirmation, the Customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and may choose between a credit note, an exchange, or a full refund.

Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, with the exception of VAT, which is not applicable (see section 1).

The prices displayed do not include delivery charges, which are calculated and displayed at the time of ordering, before final confirmation.

Perdurant.co reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time the order is confirmed by the Customer.

International Orders: For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the price displayed on the website.

Order

Order process

The Customer selects the desired Products, adds them to their cart, and proceeds to checkout by following the steps indicated on the website. The order is considered final upon the Customer's receipt of an order confirmation email.

Verification Before Confirmation

The Customer is asked to verify the accuracy of their order (reference, size, color, delivery address) before confirming. No changes can be accepted after confirmation, as the Products are made to order as quickly as possible.

Order Refusal

Perdurant.co reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is a prior payment dispute, or in case of suspected fraud.
