Delivery zones
Perdurant.co delivers worldwide, including mainland France, French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), within the European Union, and internationally.
Delivery timeframes
As the Products are made to order by the service provider Printify and its production partners, delivery times consist of two phases:

| 2. Shipping within France and Europe | 4 to 10 business days |
| 2. International Shipping | 10 to 30 business days |
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, and logistical factors (peak seasons, customs, geopolitical situations, etc.). Perdurant.co cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs services.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent to the Customer by email as soon as their order is shipped.
Damaged or Lost Package
If the package is damaged upon delivery, the Customer must file a claim with the carrier and contact Perdurant.co at support [@] perdurant.co within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos. In the event of a confirmed loss, Perdurant.co will, depending on availability, reship the package or issue a refund.
