Right of Withdrawal 


In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

Personalised Products: In accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Any product made based on a design or personalisation specific to the Customer is therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify their decision before the expiry of the 14-day period by email to: support [@] perpéturant.co

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, subject to receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.

Online Form

As of June 19, 2026: In accordance with applicable regulations, Perdurant.co will provide an online cancellation feature directly accessible on the website ("one click to cancel").

Legal Guarantees

In addition to any commercial warranty, the Customer benefits from the following legal guarantees:

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In accordance with Articles L217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, Perdurant.co is obligated to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The Customer has two years from the date of delivery of the goods to take action.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer may choose between repair or replacement of the goods. If neither of these options is possible, the Customer may obtain a price reduction or cancellation of the contract.

Legal Guarantee Against Hidden Defects

In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, Perdurant.co is liable for hidden defects in the sold Product that render it unfit for its intended use. The Customer has two years from the discovery of the defect to take action.

The Customer may choose between cancellation of the sale or a reduction in the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the French Civil Code.

To exercise their rights under these guarantees, the Customer must contact Perdurant.co at support@perdurant.co, describing the defect and attaching photos.

Liability

Perdurant.co shall not be held liable in the following cases:

  • Non-performance or improper performance of the contract due to the Client's actions or to force majeure
  • Delivery delays attributable to the carrier or customs services
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the Client's country of destination
  • Damage resulting from improper use of the Products
  • Temporary unavailability of the website due to maintenance or a technical incident

Perdurant.co shall not be liable for indirect damages, including commercial losses, lost profits, or damage to reputation.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the perpéturant.co website (graphics, visuals, logos, designs, texts, typography) are the exclusive property of Perdurant.co and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the website or the Products, without the express prior authorisation of Perdurant.co, is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement.

Personal Data Protection

In the context of the business relationship, Perdurant.co collects and processes the Client's personal data (name, address, email, payment information) for the purposes of order processing and tracking, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679).

This data is retained for the duration necessary for the performance of the contract and the associated legal obligations, and is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the production provider Printify and its production partners, strictly for the purpose of order fulfilment.

The Client has the right to access, rectify, erase, and transfer their data, which they can exercise by contacting Perdurant.co at support [@] perdurant.co.
