VAT not applicable: As a micro-entrepreneur, Perdurant.co benefits from the VAT exemption scheme in accordance with article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Therefore, no VAT is charged on sales.


2. Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all product sales made by Perdurant.co to private customers (hereinafter "the Customer") via the perdurant.co website.

Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. These GTC prevail over any other Customer document.

Perdurant.co reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order. The last update was on March 28, 2026.


3. Products

Perdurant.co offers print-on-demand clothing and fashion accessories for sale (hereinafter "the Products").

Each Product is manufactured upon receipt of an order, through the production provider Printify. Products are not stocked prior to the order.

The photographs and descriptions of the Products presented on the website are provided for informational purposes only. Slight variations in shades, textures or finishes may exist depending on the printing media and production batches, without constituting a defect of conformity.

In case of unavailability of a Product after order validation, the Customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and may choose between a credit, an exchange, or a full refund.


4. Price

Product prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included, with the exception of VAT which is not applicable (see section 1).

The displayed prices do not include delivery charges, which are calculated and displayed at the time of order, before final validation.

Perdurant.co reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of order validation by the Customer.

International orders: For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply in the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the price displayed on the website.


5. Order

5.1 Order Process

The Customer selects the desired Products, adds them to their cart, and proceeds to validate their order by following the steps indicated on the website. The order is considered final upon receipt by the Customer of an order confirmation email.

5.2 Verification before Validation

The Customer is invited to verify the accuracy of their order (reference, size, color, delivery address) before any validation. No modification can be accepted after confirmation, as Products are manufactured on demand as quickly as possible.

5.3 Order Refusal

Perdurant.co reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Customer with whom a payment dispute exists previously, or in case of suspected fraud.


6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order validation.

Accepted payment methods are as follows:

  • Shopify Payments
  • Credit Card
  • PayPal
  • In some countries: Klanak

Transactions are secured by current encryption protocols. Perdurant.co does not store any of the Customer's banking data.

In case of payment refusal by the banking institution, the order is automatically canceled and the Customer is informed by email.


7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery Zones

Perdurant.co delivers worldwide, including metropolitan France, overseas departments and territories, within the European Union, and internationally.

7.2 Delivery Times

Since the Products are manufactured on demand by the Printify provider, delivery times include two phases:

1. Production (manufacturing and printing) 2 to 7 working days
2. Shipping in France and Europe 4 to 10 working days
2. International Shipping 10 to 30 working days

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and logistical contingencies (peak seasons, customs, geopolitical situations, etc.). Perdurant.co cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or customs services.

7.3 Order Tracking

A tracking number is communicated by email to the Customer upon shipment of their order.

7.4 Damaged or Lost Package

If the package is damaged upon delivery, the Customer must make reservations with the carrier and contact Perdurant.co at support [@] perdurant.co within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos. In case of proven loss, Perdurant.co will proceed, depending on availability, with a reshipment or a refund.


8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

8.1 Exception to the right of withdrawal

Personalized products: In accordance with article L221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Any product made based on a design or personalization specific to the Customer is therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8.2 Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify their decision before the expiration of the 14-day period by email to: support [@] perdurant.co

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification, subject to receipt of the returned Product or provision of proof of shipment.

8.4 Online Form

As of June 19, 2026: In accordance with current regulations, Perdurant.co will provide an online withdrawal feature directly accessible on the website ("one click to withdraw").


9. Returns and Refunds

As each Product is created and printed to order, refunds and returns for any issue other than a production or printing error will not be accepted.

Any return must be previously authorized by Perdurant.co. The Customer must contact support [@] perdurant.co before any return.

Returned Products must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with their tags). Any damaged, incomplete, or visibly used Product cannot be refunded.

Refunds are only made using the same payment method as used for the original order.


10. Legal Guarantees

Regardless of any commercial warranty, the Customer benefits from the following legal guarantees:

10.1 Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In accordance with articles L217-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Perdurant.co is obliged to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any conformity defects existing at the time of delivery. The Customer has a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to act.

In case of a lack of conformity, the Customer can choose between repair or replacement of the goods. If both options are impossible, the Customer can obtain a price reduction or rescission of the contract.

10.2 Legal Guarantee Against Hidden Defects

In accordance with articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code, Perdurant.co is liable for hidden defects in the sold Product that render it unfit for its intended use. The Customer has a period of two years from the discovery of the defect to act.

The Customer can choose between rescission of the sale or a reduction in the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the Civil Code.

To assert their guarantees, the Customer must contact Perdurant.co at support [@] perdurant.co, describing the observed defect and attaching photos.


11. Liability

Perdurant.co's liability shall not be incurred in the following cases:

  • Non-performance or improper performance of the contract due to the Customer's fault or a case of force majeure
  • Delivery delays attributable to the carrier or customs services
  • Customs fees, taxes, or import duties in the Customer's destination country
  • Damage resulting from improper use of the Products
  • Temporary unavailability of the website due to maintenance operations or a technical incident

Perdurant.co cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, including commercial prejudice, loss of profit, or damage to image.


12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the perdurant.co website (graphics, visuals, logos, designs, texts, typographies) are the exclusive property of Perdurant.co and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the website or the Products, without the express and prior authorization of Perdurant.co, is strictly prohibited and liable to constitute infringement.


13. Protection of Personal Data

Within the framework of the commercial relationship, Perdurant.co collects and processes personal data of the Customer (name, address, email, payment data) for the purpose of processing and monitoring orders, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679).

This data is kept for the period necessary for the execution of the contract and associated legal obligations, and is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the production provider Printify and its production partners, strictly within the framework of order fulfillment.

The Customer has a right to access, rectify, delete, and port their data, which they can exercise by contacting Perdurant.co at support [@] perdurant.co.
